– Passport with At least Six Months Validity
– Two Newly Taken Photos with White Background
– Poland Visa Application Form Signed by the Visa Applicant
– Signed Petition by Mother and Father to the Attention of the Consulate General of Poland, stating the date range and the purpose of travel
– Student Admission Documents for Applications for Study Purposes
– Student Certificate of Education
– If the parents are working, Company Documents, Financial Status Documents, Photocopy of Real Estate Title Deed and Bank Wallet
– Travel Health Insurance with Minimum 30,000 Euro Coverage
– Hotel Reservation or Letter of Invitation
– Poland Flight Ticket Reservation
– Photocopy of Current Passport Pages
Attention: Poland visa application is finalized within 15-30 working days. Therefore, the visa application to the Polish Consulate must be made at least 30 days before the date of travel.
Attention: The country of Poland has switched to the Schengen Visa System since December 21, 2007. The Polish Consulate may request documents in addition to the above-mentioned documents. Diplomatic, Service and Special Passport holders do not require a visa for their trip to Poland.
